Use the form below to submit details of your negative noctilucent cloud observations - that is, when no NLC was observed under clear skies.  Please complete a separate form for each continuous period of observation.  Your keyboard's 'tab' key will move you through the fields. Once the form is completed, click on the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page.
