the SAG
The Scottish Astronomers' Group can trace
its roots back to 1968 and was set up to encourage practical
astronomical observing of the night sky using simple
equipment for all with an interest in astronomy.
The Group is a forum for astronomical societies and
individuals across Scotland where ideas, information and
observations can be exchanged.
The Scottish Astronomers' Group welcomes contributions from
all observers no matter what their area on interest or level
of experience.
The Group has recently undergone a major re-organisation
building on previous developments and now making full use of
the internet.
